COVID – 19
Following the latest developments on the Coronavirus, we wanted to communicate how we’re planning to continue to serve our valued customers throughout, and how we’re trying to do our bit to help limit the spread of the virus.
OPENING HOURS
Due to the announcement of the second lockdown we will only be able to carry out repairs over the next 4 weeks on an appointment basis. If you wish to have your laptop, computer or tablet repaired please contact us either by phone or by email to make an appointment to bring it in.
We are able to carry out a limited number of site visits but this will be only possible where you can ensure all Covid 19 safety precautions have been put in place, this includes the wearing of face masks

CLEANLINESS
We will be strengthening our cleaning programme, and wiping down customer devices with anti-bacterial wipes and foam cleanser upon presentation at the counter. Similarly, we will be wiping our credit card terminal and door handles regularly. Finally, we will be installing a Hand Gel Sanatiser dispenser by the door for customers who wish to clean their hands.
REMOTE SESSIONS
Where practical we’re promoting the use of Remote Support tools to try and repair our customers machines remotely, to negate the need to bring the device to store. Please call to ask if this type of repair is possible if you experience a problem.
OVER 70’s & THOSE WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS
Following Government advice, if you’ve chosen to self-isolate and experience a problem with your device that requires workshop attention, we’re offering a free collect and return service. We will call upon arrival so you can safely leave the device outside your door and in view to enable us to collect securely. We will thoroughly clean your device as it leaves our workshop.
